This Terms and Conditions applies to the Finexa WordPress theme demo available at finexa.peacefulqode.co.in and is intended for buyers on the ThemeForest marketplace. All purchases, licensing, support, and refunds are governed by Envato Market User Terms and the applicable Envato license for the item.

Licensing

Your purchase grants a non‑exclusive license under one of Envato’s licenses: Regular or Extended, as specified on ThemeForest. A Regular License permits use in a single end product that is accessible free of charge, while an Extended License permits an end product that may be sold or limited to paying customers.
Each license covers only one unique end product, so a separate license is required for each site or client project.

GPL and split license

WordPress themes on Envato use GPL‑compliant licensing for the PHP and integrated HTML code, while other assets are typically licensed under a proprietary part of Envato’s split license. Authors may alternatively opt to license the entire item as 100% GPL, in which case this will be clearly indicated on the item page.

Permitted use

You may use the theme for yourself or one client to create one end product per license, including commercial websites that are publicly accessible. Using the same license to create multiple end products, domains, or client sites is not permitted.

Prohibited use

You cannot use a single license to build multiple different end products or deploy permanently across multiple domains or clients. Bundled plugins or assets cannot be extracted and reused apart from the theme they came with.

Item support

Supported items include six months of item support from the date of purchase, with options to upgrade, extend, or renew support in additional six‑month periods. Item support covers answering technical questions, assistance with included third‑party assets, and help with reported bugs, but does not include installation, customization, hosting, or third‑party software support.
Both supported and unsupported items are expected to work as described and be protected against major security concerns.

Updates and compatibility

When an author releases an update, it is available for all previous buyers to download at no additional cost. Authors are expected to keep the item in good working order, working as described and protected against major security issues.

Third‑party plugins

If the theme includes bundled premium plugins, they are licensed for use with the theme and cannot be extracted for use with other themes or projects. Bundled plugins receive updates through the theme’s update package rather than via direct plugin license activation.

Demo content and trademarks

Preview assets shown on the demo are for demonstration purposes and may not be included in your purchase unless clearly stated in the item description. Any third‑party logos, images, or names used in the demo belong to their respective owners and are included only to showcase the theme’s capabilities.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under Envato Market Refund Rules and are generally not provided for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or insufficient expertise. Refund requests are assessed on their merits, and if approved, are processed by Envato within a few business days. For ThemeForest supported items, refund requests made more than 180 days after purchase are generally not eligible.

Purchase verification

Support and certain requests may require a valid purchase code or Envato account verification. Instructions for locating your purchase code are provided in Envato’s Help Center.

Liability and warranties

Envato provides the marketplace platform and Buyer services, while all items are owned by the respective authors, and continued availability of any particular item is not guaranteed. Items must work as described and be protected against major security concerns, and updates are provided at the author’s discretion.

Governing terms and precedence

All purchases and use of ThemeForest are bound by the Envato Market User Terms in addition to the applicable license. If any conflict arises between this Terms and Conditions page and Envato’s User Terms or License, Envato’s terms and licenses will prevail.
